I'm Sarah Rainbolt-Foss

Licensed Esthetician and Esthetics Educator

I’m an esthetics educator, career coach, and mentor dedicated to helping estheticians bridge the gap between beauty school and a thriving career. After years of teaching at a Los Angeles beauty school and mentoring new estheticians in the industry, I saw a massive disconnect—graduates were leaving school with few technical skills and without the real-world knowledge needed to build confidence, attract clients, and create sustainable success. That’s why I created Beyond Beauty School—to provide estheticians with the business, marketing, and career strategies that beauty school didn’t teach!
